Any additional features or changes outside the original scope may require additional charges.
3. Payments
Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before the project begins.
An advance payment is required to initiate work. The advance amount is typically 50% of the total project cost, but may vary depending on project scope and mutual agreement.
The remaining balance must be cleared before final delivery, website transfer, or public launch.
WebAper reserves the right to pause or delay work if agreed payment terms are not met.
All payments made toward initiated projects are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included as discussed before the project starts.
Major structural changes or new feature requests may be considered additional work.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide:
- Required content (text, images, logos)
- Timely feedback
- Access to necessary accounts (hosting, domain, etc.)
Project delays caused by missing information are not the responsibility of WebAper.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the completed website design and content created specifically for their project.
WebAper reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
7. Limitation of Liability
WebAper is not liable for:
- Third-party service failures
- Hosting/server downtime
- External plugin or platform updates
- Loss of data caused by external factors
We strive to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted website operation.
8. Modifications
